Architectural design

We provide architectural design services for the development of residential, public, tourist resort, hotels and other developments.

Structural design

We undertake structural analysis and design of single and multi-storey structures to internationally accepted standards. In addition we do designs for civil engineering projects such as harbors and off-shore structures.

Quantity surveying

We prepare Bill of Quantities, Bill of Materials and related costing plans. Cost plans are prepared based on the market rates for materials and labor.

Project management and consultancy

One of our strengths is project management and consultancy work. These include day to day supervision of sites either by resident engineer or via visits by an engineer. We provide complete solution including drawing amendments, bill and sample approvals, technical advice to clients etc.

Interior design and 3d visualizations

Developing 3D models and animations helps the client to visualize more clearly in advance the final look of a particular project. We undertake detailed 3D modelling, interior design and lighting studies for selected projects.

Land and bathymetric surveying

Development on large areas require detailed mapping of the location. To accomplish this we provide surveying facilities for clients. These include topographic, level, bathymetric and other types of survey using modern techniques and equipments.
