Sealife Global - Apartment Booking

Sealife Global have opened bookings to phase 1 1000 housing units that are been developed in Hulhumale’ N3 area. More than 1500 forms have been issued so far since the bookings opened on 25th June.

According to Sealife Global Managing Director Ahmed Moosa ‘We have temporarily closed the issuance of forms as 1500 forms have been issued in 2 days, forms will be issued later depending on the number of people who submit the form and pay for the booking fee. First 1000 to pay the booking fee will be able to secure the booking, if not we will open issuing forms again’.

Please visit Sealife Global booking office to collect forms and booklet & info on rates, Bookings can be done only from the booking office. We will be collecting completed booking forms and booking fee MVR 50,000/- on Sunday 1400 to 1800 2100 to 2330hrs on first come first served basis. You can send anyone on your behalf

Booking in brief FYI

• Visit our booking office to collect booking form and information (floor plan and rates, soft copies not available).

• Booking form submission ( 26th June onwards ) – will accept filled booking forms with:

* Booking fee 50,000/- MVR

* NIC copy

* Last Six months bank statement

* If Employed, letter from employer

(ur apartment is booked and reserved at this stage)

• We will submit booking forms for end user finance (housing loan) from partner banks, (all required info will already be on completed booking form)

* Note we will refund in full bookings fee for unapproved Loan applicants.

* An admin fee of 2500/- MVR will be levied if applicant cancels booking / changes owner ship

* if u r not choosing a financial scheme and pay directly, time schedule is within two years

We stopped form distribution temporary so head office will be closed. We announced that via page and media.
But booking office is open 1400hrs to 1600hrs and 2100hrs to 2330hrs H.Beach tower 6th floor
