In early 1990’s TEP Group was formed under the leadership of Mr. Ali Manik to cater to the needs of the surfacing construction industry in the Maldives during the time. TEP Group started initially with Tiling, Electrical Wiring and Plumbing services. This is how the name “TEP” was formed. On 25th December 1995 a company was registered under the name “TEP Construction Pvt Ltd”, company registration number 304/1995. Although our beginning was only construction the company diversified its’ business into civil construction, Real-estate, and Hardware wholesale & retail. All the businesses are managed under “TEP Construction Pvt Ltd”.
