Given the huge demand for housing in the greater Male’ region and the vision to relieve the congestion at the capital Male’, the need for residential developments is one of the main focus in developing Hulhumale’. Thus, out of the 240 hectares of Phase II, 42% (approximately 781,463 sqm) is allocated for residential developments with a target population of 140,000.
